Please provide your Name, address to be delivered (Smyrna, LaVergne and Murfreesboro), phone number so I can text photo of delivery, Venmo/CashApp/Zelle/Facebook Pay ID and what you would like to purchase and how you would like for it to be plated. (Example: Meatloaf and 1/2 cup green beans). Pat will send invoice for you to review. Payment is due upon approval of the invoice. If you are outside of the delivery area, you can make arrangements to pick up at Pat's house in Smyrna.
