Pat's Protein Plates offers high protein, low carb options for healthy eating. Our services are excellent for those looking for home-cooked meals without the hassle. Crafted and handmade to cater to your needs with local deliveries.
Orders are taken every week (cutoff is 6 pm Saturdays). Food will be delivered Wednesday between 11 am and 3 pm. Delivery area: Smyrna, Murfreesboro, and LaVergne. You are welcome to pick up in Smyrna if you are outside of the delivery area.
Meet Pat
Pat Moosekian is a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and home-cook! Pat had gastric sleeve surgery in January 2015 and in her first year, she lost 100 pounds. Surgery is only a tool that must be used with a healthy menu. She has changed her eating habits and goes for protein first – which is not easy being coming from an Italian family! Turning her passion to help others be successful in weight-loss paired with her passion for cooking has resulted in Pat’s Protein Plates, LLC.
